General conditions

If you have submitted an abstract for an oral presentation or poster, the Chirality 2025 organizing committee will notify you of acceptance by May 16, 2025. After which, you may proceed to the registration payment page (linked below). Final registration to Chirality 2025 will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full conference fee payment, on or before the deadline date. You will receive an automated email confirmation with a payment invoice after submitting your registration.

If you are registering for the conference in an attendee-only capacity (no abstract or poster submission), please proceed directly to the payment page.

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Opening Reception

  • Access to conference sessions

  • Continental breakfasts, coffee breaks

  • Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday (July 29 & 30)

  • Social activities

  • Book of abstracts and other conference materials

Registration Fees:

$500 PhD students and postdocs

$800 Academics: Faculty and scientific staff

$950 Industry

Payment method Payment of registration and NYU dorm housing fees is by credit card only.

Refund policy All payments will be nonrefundable unless determined by the organizing committee. For concerns regarding attendance, registration or payment, please use the Contact Us form.

Scientific Freedom Policy Statement  

The Chirality 2025 Organizing Committee shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as ethnic origin, religion, citizenship, language, political stance, gender, sex or age, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science. No barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists at Chirality 2025.
